Executive Director
As the new Executive Director of the Vermont Technology Alliance (VTTA), I will spearhead efforts to grow Vermont’s technology sector with the support of the alliance. We will drive business growth, support new talent acuqisition through VTTA’s Career Center, and career development. We will support strategic collaborations among Vermonters, higher education, and other organizations, culminating in robust Statehouse advocacy that secures the sector’s continued success. Adam is poised to boost innovation, create opportunities, and help drive Vermont’s economic growth!

At SBS, we specialize in crafting and executing strategies that amplify corporate responsibility, impact investments, and integrate ethics and sustainability into governance. Lake Champlain Water Sports (LCWS), envisioned by me, Adam Locklin, is inspired by my personal quest for accessible water sports alongside my son, Calvin. We had challenges in finding kayak or canoe rentals during explorations around Lake Champlain and other lakes. This catalyzed the foundation of LCWS, aiming to simplify access to watercraft through convenient drop-off and pick-up services. This venture not only embodies my commitment to enhancing outdoor recreation but also reflects a deep passion for fostering family connections with nature. Built on a foundation of convenience, adventure, and sustainability, promises a future where families, much like Adam and Calvin, can effortlessly create lasting memories on the waters of Lake Champlain.

I managed the product's full lifecycle, from concept to production, and secured a patent for leading-edge data validation. In a key role within PwC's Internal Audit, I offered strategic insights to C-suite executives on financial and technology challenges and championed diversity initiatives with the Military Veterans Affinity Network. Additionally, I enriched NYC's tech ecosystem by hosting Hyperledger and other technology meetups, fostering collaboration and innovation among NYC entrepreneurs and PwC.

Played a pivotal role in mitigating risks and ensuring adherence to the Comptroller of Currency Office's consent order. I reviewed the firm's Middle Market clientele for potential issues, conducted comprehensive audits and interviews, and became the primary liaison for high-risk client portfolio management. My efforts in policy enhancement improved client compliance experience. My diligence in deal vetting contributed to a monumental $351 million in revenue for three portfolios. Moreover, my empathetic support during compliance reviews propelled JPMC's customer satisfaction to industry-leading heights. Supported multiple Business Resource Groups across JPMC and brought in new employees.

As Deputy Regional Manager, I led a 100-strong team in Afghanistan, managing comprehensive life support services, and providing intelligence services for 10 military units. In my capacity as a Foreign Disclosure Officer, I bridged vital communication between Afghan and coalition forces under ISAF/NATO commands.
